Our mortgage banking team has financed over $1.5 billion of real estate ranging from conventional first liens to complex financial transactions. Realty America Group has vast and deep relationships with lending and investment institutions across the spectrum of real estate finance, including: commercial banks, credit companies, conduit (CMBS) lenders, life insurance companies, opportunity funds, investment banks and private lenders.
These transactions represent Realty America Group's most recent acquisitions through its investment affiliate, RAIM, Ltd. Our acquisitions team invests in real estate as a managing partner with and on behalf of proprietary investors, targeting 20%-30% compounded returns in the following types of real estate investments: direct acquisition of entrepreneurial and institutional real estate offering value-enhancement opportunities, discounted CMBS subordinated mortgages (B-notes) and mezzanine investments purchased in the secondary market, and participating in conventional mezzanine and joint venture equity.
