Jeff Berry
Jeff Berry has been in the commercial real estate business for over 21 years. He has an extensive background in both structured mortgage financing and commercial real estate brokerage. In addition to his vast sales and financing of individual commercial properties, he has far-reaching experience in the acquisition and disposition of large loan and commercial real estate portfolios (ranging from $15 to $150 million) primarily for the purpose of advising, representing and investing capital on behalf of large institutions and pension funds.
Jeff continues to work with large institutional clients on strategic planning, consulting and transactional assignments. He advises real estate clients on traditional and alternative means of meeting financing requirements as well as the disposition of their real estate holdings. Jeff's experience in structuring, negotiating and marketing real property, as well as his analytical skills and strategic thinking, are advantageous resources for Realty America Group and its clients.
Prior to founding Realty America, Jeff was a founding partner of Hospitality Lending and U.S. Capital & Finance. At these companies, he was responsible first for mortgage financing and subsequently for investment sales representing both individual clients as well as large institutions.
Jeff is a 1986 graduate of The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and an Engineering minor from Texas A&M. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and can be considered to be a foreign licensee in states other than Texas through affiliations with other companies.
