Sue Jones
Sue Jones has over ten years of construction project management experience. She has provided leadership as an owner/developer, general contractor and representative of an architectural firm. Projects she has participated in include:
- Hotel Palomar, Dallas, TX: a $48 million, 10-story, 200,000 sq. ft., mixed-use redevelopment. Includes a 198-room, 4-star boutique hotel operated by Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, 13 residential condominiums, Exhale Spa, Central 214 restaurant, Trader Vic's restaurant, Brooke Berman Gallery and other boutique retail;
- The Residences at Hotel Palomar, Dallas, TX: a $45 million, 10-story, 192,000 sq. ft., luxury condominium tower development adjacent to Hotel Palomar. Consists of 59, one to three bedroom residential units, ground floor villas, penthouses, pool, cabanas, courtyard, exercise room, library, board room, community room and expansion land;
- Hotel Palomar, Westwood, CA: an $83 million, 263,000 sq. ft. redevelopment located on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. Includes a 267-room, 4-star boutique hotel operated by Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, a restaurant and a day spa;
- Sun Healthcare, Phase III Corporate Office, San Francisco, CA: a $30 million, 82,000 sq. ft. office building and a five and a half level parking structure;
- Sun Healthcare, Phase IV Corporate Office (World Headquarters), Irvine, CA: a $90 million, 202,000 sq. ft. office building and four level parking structure.
Sue has a BA in Applied Behavior Science and an AA in Construction Management. She also is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and the Project Management Institute. Sue is Corps of Engineers CQMC certified, is OSHA 30 certified, and is a certified SWPPP inspector.
