Mart Martindale
Mart Martindale has extensive experience of commercial real estate with a strong background in commercial real estate brokerage. He has been active in the sales and financing of over 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in the south and southeastern United States. He has sold retail, office, multifamily, and industrial properties totaling over $125,000,000 in transactions. His clients include Capmark Finance, Westmount Realty Capital, Praedium Group, GMAC, Tierra Capital, Austin Management Group, Realty Capital, N3 Capital, and Lamar Companies, just to name a few. Prior to joining Realty America Group, Mr. Martindale was an associate at Grubb & Ellis' Dallas office, assisting his clients in purchasing and leasing industrial properties throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth market.
With over ten years of prior sales and marketing experience, Mart has excelled in commercial real estate by possessing the ability to quickly identify, assess, and fulfill his clients' needs. Prior to his commercial real estate success, Mr. Martindale co-founded Executech Staffing and Solve IT Ventures, two highly successful Dallas based technical recruiting firms, where he served as Vice President of Business Development working directly with such notable clients as Trilogy, Southwest Airlines, and Texas Instruments.
Mr. Martindale is a 1995 graduate of Texas Christian University. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman, acting Secretary of the Kaufman County MUD #2, and a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He is also very active in his community, serving as an Assistant Election Judge for Dallas County voting precinct 1222, and is also a Division Leader for the Park Cities YMCA's annual Partners Campaign.
