Jason Nichols
Jason Nichols graduated from Texas Tech University in 2001 with a BBA in Finance. As an analyst for Realty America Group, he prepares investment models and presentations for existing and prospective development projects, potential acquisitions, and related transactions. Jason also assists with asset management for Realty America Group's investment portfolio.
Prior to joining Realty America Group, Jason spent three and a half years with CSG Investments, Inc., a subsidiary of Beal Bank. As an analyst at CSG, he reviewed over 73 domestic and international transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $100 billion. Jason also served as a securities trader and was responsible for a $2.5 billion portfolio of high-yield/distressed corporate bank debt and bonds. As head trader, he executed an aggregate of $3.5 billion in reverse repo transactions, bought and sold $22 million in agency paper, and performed various other capital market trades.
