Hotel Palomar Dallas opens
Hotel Palomar Dallas, one part of a $100 million renovation and construction project, has opened.
The second part of the project, a nine-story condominium tower south of the hotel that includes 72 high-end residential units, luxury penthouse condominiums, contemporary loft-style condominiums and more than 25,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, is slated for completion in November.
Hotel Palomar, which is owned by Realty America Group and Dallas-based Behringer Harvard, was formerly the Mockingbird Hilton Hotel.
Situated near Dallas' Park Cities neighborhood, the hotel recently underwent a remodeling of its 198 guest rooms. A destination spa, exhale, was added and Central 214, a restaurant that serves American regional cuisine, was added.
